Our trainers are HANDS ON, not HANDS FREE. We demonstrate at game speed so our athletes can see and feel the standard of excellence we set.
Your skills will get sharper, your moves will be quicker, your handle will get tighter, and your shot will be more consistent. You will be empowered to take your game to another level, and we’ll be here when it is time to re-plateau.
Each session will have an application period. In this time, the athlete will be placed in a situation where he/she will have to make decisions about the right play using the skills that were just taught.

ONE ON ONE TRAINING PACKAGES
We are happy to offer a 30min FREE assessment session where you can meet with one of our trainers and experience our one-on-one skills training.
1 Hour Sessions
10 Session Package ( up to 3 months to complete)
Half Year Package- 20 sessions (up to 6 months to complete)
Year Package-1 day/week, 40 sessions (up to 12 months to complete)
Year Package-2 day/week, 80 sessions (up to 14 months to complete)

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
If you have a group of 4-6 athletes you can arrange for a small group training package. Please call or email to inquire on rates.
