GROUP DEVELOPMENT WORKOUTS

This program is designed to provide advanced and intense skill development through a team environment. SD Training is focused on teaching athletes the importance of when, where, why and how to apply the skills taught in a game scenario. This is a weekly program where each workout will have a different theme for skill development.

Team motion and spacing on offense.
