Experience premier skill development with an intense energy!

SD CAMPS focus on TRAINING PAST YOUR LIMITATIONS. The off season and school breaks are your opportunities to get in the gym and improve your game. We expose you to new drills and innovative workouts to push you outside of your comfort zone and get you results!

SD Camp is designed for players who are serious and committed to working on their development. Be prepared to participate in the most innovative and challenging skill development + physical conditioning.

My two sons took part in the SD March Break Camp 2014. The 5 days were run very well, with all training staff enthusiastic and energetic. My boys learned more during this camp than any other development training they have taken part of. The drills were unique and challenging and kept the boys on their feet. I was very impressed with the calibre of training and the training styles and techniques used. I look forward to my boys taking part in the SD summer camps. Great job Shane + staff!- Patricia Lewis, March Break Parent

5 TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAMP EXPERIENCE

1. STAY HYDRATED! Bring a refillable water bottle and some power drinks to camp each day

2. EAT FOR ENERGY! Make sure you eat a well-rounded breakfast and bring a lunch and a few snacks to camp. Lunch is around 1:00 with snack/water breaks in the morning and afternoon. Campers are given water breaks throughout the day.
Make sure you eat a solid dinner to power you up for the next day.
Camp is a NUT FREE zone- please respect it.

3. BRING YOUR SUPPLIES! Bring your ball and a pen and notebook for basketball IQ 101 sessions.

4. YOUR GOING TO SWEAT! Bring a change of clothes with you each day.

5. BE ON TIME! Be ready to go on the court for 15 min before the start time.

This summer I saw the shift in my children’s psyche where basketball became more than a sport, but their way of life. For 12/13 year olds to think about things like adequate rest , proper water consumption/hydration and overall body awareness was truly amazing. The entire coaching staff was fantastic role models and as a parent I felt comfortable leaving my kids in the hands of Shane and his staff for the three weeks my children attended. The drills and skills taught were innovative, fresh, and directed and the pace was one that challenged the kids and demanded personal excellence.
