PREMIER 7000 SQUARE FOOT DRYLAND TRAINING FACILITY + BASKETBALL NET

The facility is equipped with TIRES, BATTLE ROPS, RESISTANCE BANDS, AGILITY LADDERS, MEDICINE BALLS, WEIGHTS, SLEDS + more.  Our qualified staff ensure equipment is properly used and that drills and exercises are executed with safe form.

The SD Skills + Conditioning Programs @ H2T integrate both skill development with basketball-specific strength + conditioning. In order to elevate your skills and reach your peak potential, you need to optimize your functional sport-specific movements. Our conditioning portion of this program focuses on our 7 core strength + conditioning principles to help you gain power, explosiveness, balance and strength.

 SD BASKETBALL SKILLS + CONDITIONING

This 10 week program is divided into three areas of focus.  THE ART OF DRIBBLING, where you will empower your handle, own your defender and learn to control the game.  THE SCIENCE OF FOOTWORK, where you will work skills such as pivoting and squaring up to the basket, cross-stepping off of a triple threat move, jabbing, 1-foot + 2-foot finishes, change of speed and directions, pull-backs and step-backs. The third area of focus is the conditioning portion, where we safely and slowly target POWER, EXPLOSIVENESS, BALANCE + STRENGTH.  Our aim is to get your game ready by improving your overall muscle functionality and quality of movement. We get athletes to perform optimally to prevent injuries and enhance their athletic movements.

Sundays 4:00pm – 5:00pm

October 1st – December 10th

10 sessions = $280/person + HST
